Havana 1957 is a new chain of Cuban restaurants, unlike other traditional Cuban restaurants. It sets itself apart by creating a unique dining experience that allows you to spend Un Dia En La Habana and relive the glory and glamour of old Cuba during the 1950’s.

Each of our five restaurants combines the flavors of authentic Cuban cuisine, classic Cuban music, and vintage memorabilia bringing Cuban Nostalgia to each neighborhood.

Havana’s biggest legends and famous prints decorate the restaurant from ceiling to floor, yet one of the most outstanding features of the restaurant is The Mojito Bar.

The Mojito Bar stocks over 120 varieties of rum from around the world. Here, guests can spend their day in Havana sipping a Cuba Libre or our famous Mojito cocktail, while listening to Classic Cuban artists such as Celia Cruz and Benny More.

Our locations present a night of glamour in Havana to its guests. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights are filled with fun, entertainment y vida with a House Band, and After Dinner Performances that provide a lively ambiance that can only be complemented with a cocktail and friends.

Havana 1957’s extensive menu contains genuine Cuban dishes prepared by renowned chef Juan Luis Rosales; using the freshest ingredients and perfecting each detail of the presentation.

The menu includes the Havana 1957 House Specialty: Pollo Havana 1957 (family traditional roasted chicken in a savory Cuban gravy served with white rice, black beans, salad, and sweet plantains.) Havana 1957 also offers delicious daily specials and a wide selection of seafood plates, sandwiches, salads, soups, and appetizers such as croquetas and tostones rellenos (stuffed green plantains with beef or shrimp), irresistible desserts like the guava cheesecake, and let’s not forget the flavorful bar bites, which consist of miniature pan con bistec and masitas de puerco.
